Morale has been boosted today by thoughts of the hurdy-gurdy man in Werner Herzog's Heart of Glass singing "the factory is on fire" in falsetto while under hypnosis. Excellent stuff.
Also recommended for mood improvement is the classroom scene in Institute Benjamenta. "No, there are only minor burns to my left side!"
